Peritia is a niche business consultancy with the founder and principal having over 30 years of business experience as a chartered accountant, working both in both public practice and in business.
Who we work with
Clients are typically owners of private companies, boards and senior executives of corporations, or boards of not for profit organisations.
Businesses are looking to add value through sustainable, profitable growth for their businesses and usually want to develop internal leadership and management capabilities that allows the owners to have a work/lifestyle balance.
Not for profit organisations often look for strategic assistance in to align purpose with stakeholders needs. Once this is clear, effective planning can be done and monitoring of results can be achieved.
Our Approach
In most cases the approach to our work is by way of regular face to face sessions with individuals or teams.
A coaching style of facilitation is used in our interactions and we collectively set and work through an agenda, workshopping issues through the whiteboard.
Agreed actions and follow up plans are set to monitor progress, clear blockages and fine tune the planning.

We live in Perth and have worked extensively through Europe and Asia.
